Youth leadership training, workshops, and real responsibility — turning participants into organizers, coaches, and community leaders.
The best leaders for newcomer youth are the ones who were newcomer youth themselves a few years ago.
The track
Older participants (15–18) take on real responsibility: assistant coaching, event organizing, workshop facilitation. Along the way they earn volunteer hours for school, training (first aid, coaching fundamentals, event logistics), a reference letter, and leadership experience that stands out on resumes and university applications.
